D2C · Headless commerce
The storefront was losing the session before the product loaded.
Kshm was still on a Shopify-controlled theme. I led product, tech, and growth with a team of six and rebuilt the storefront as headless commerce.
Problem
A theme-bound store cannot get faster just by adding apps. Pages loaded slowly on mobile, and category launches were waiting on a slow buying path.
What I built
Rebuilt the front end on Shopify webhooks and APIs with Next.js. Ran product launches with CRM on a fixed cadence. Shipped an affiliate platform so creators could track conversions and settlements. Connected checkout, logistics, and retention tools including GoKwik, Unicommerce, and Delhivery.
0→1 · Gaming cafes
Cafes had devices. Players had no shared way to book them.
I founded GoPlaya and built a booking platform for PC, PlayStation, Xbox, VR, and sim racing.
Problem
Booking a cafe device still depended on staff. Conflicts cancelled sessions. Players could not extend time on their own, and cafes had no one network for availability.
What I built
Ran a proof of concept, then scaled real-time device booking. Shipped Session Extension, Session Shield, Maintenance Mode, cafe subscriptions, two-click multi-slot checkout, and leaderboard tournaments on live game stats. Integrated Gaming Cafe Management Software. Added a food-and-beverage module with kitchen tickets.
Fantasy esports
A new fantasy format had to fill contests, not just launch.
I owned Fantasy with Estars and Live Experience, two new formats for esports fans.
Problem
Fantasy esports only works if contests fill and players come back. A feature launch with no fill rate is a campaign, not a product.
What I built
Launched Fantasy with Estars with 30+ creators. Shipped Live Experience and streamed 17 global-tournament watch parties so players could learn the format. Also took Fantasy Royale, Boosters, and FanGems to market.
Esports · Commerce
Esports on a ticketing platform needed a business, not a tab.
I built Esports Centre and expanded Fanhood with PlayStation cards, AAA titles, and gaming merchandise.
Problem
BookMyShow already moved audiences. Esports and gaming commerce were not yet a repeatable line with a tournament cadence and a revenue number.
What I built
Built the Esports Centre tournament business. Expanded Fanhood into gaming cards, game copies, and merchandise, with engineering, ops, and business in the same delivery path.
